Personally Identifying Information: This is any information which can be used to identify an individual such as a name, address, telephone number, email address, employer’s company name and business address, billing and shipping information, and credit card information. When you visit our web site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it voluntarily. You can visit our web site without telling us who you are or revealing personally identifiable information about yourself.

2. Aggregate and Statistical Data: As you use our site, we may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable aggregate data such as the web pages visited, the date and time you visited our site, the number of bytes of information transmitted to your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you are using, and other non-personally identifying information.

How Information is Collected

Personally Identifying Information: We collect personally identifying information from our web site visitors on a voluntary basis only. Such information may be collected from you if you choose to participate in an interactive feature that requests such information, such as creating a customer or personal profile, login registration, activating the “Contact Us” feature, and the like.

You may have signed up for a GAMPAC service that allows you to establish a personal profile on the web site. In such case, if you desire to change your contact preferences, log into your personal page and update your profile. Your preference change will take effect immediately.

Aggregate and Statistical Data: Cookies and web beacons may be used to collect non-personal information automatically from visitors to our site. A “cookie” is a small data file stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies help us in many ways to make your visit to our site more convenient and meaningful; for instance by keeping track of your login name or password, or to “remember” your preferences. Most Internet browsers enable you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these options; disabling cookies may affect your use of certain functions on the site.

We may make information covered by this Privacy Policy available to third parties in a variety of circumstances:

We may contract with third parties to provide various services to us, and may disclose information for use only for purposes of providing those services. For example, we may use suppliers to collect, use, analyze and otherwise process information, to bill or process payments, to fulfill and deliver orders, and perform other functions on our behalf.

We may share aggregated statistical information with our business partners. This information does not include personally identifying information.

We may supply information to third parties, including governmental agencies, if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so under compulsion of law.

We may provide personal identifying and account information if necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, customer orders or other arrangements. We also may exchange information with other companies for purposes of fraud and credit risk reduction and collection.

If you are a member or participant in an exchange, group purchasing organization, or other similar group, we may be required in our arrangements with that exchange, organization or group to deliver your transaction information and other data, including personally identifying information, regardless of whether the information arises as a result of transactions through the exchange, organization or group or directly with us. You acknowledge that we have no responsibility or liability for any uses that such exchange, organization or group may make with respect to any such data.

We may share your name, mailing and e-mail address, telephone and fax number and other information (but not credit information) with third party partners to enable them to market their products and services. Before we allow third parties to use such information for marketing purposes, we will offer you the opportunity to choose whether or not to have your information shared in this way. We may make other marketing uses with respect to such information as described in this Privacy Policy (see “Use of Information” above).

In some circumstances, we may decide to reorganize operations or to merge, buy or sell businesses. During the course of these and similar transactions we may disclose personal information to, or receive such information from, prospective counter parties to such transactions. Our practice is to seek contractual restrictions on the uses of information acquired in these types of transactions; however, the restrictions vary in terms of scope and exceptions.
